GMBIJ is dedicated to advancing the field of <strong data-start="414" data-end="436">management science</strong>, with a specific emphasis on the application of management theories and practices within contemporary business and industrial environments across the globe. The journal serves as a platform for critical inquiry into both <strong data-start="658" data-end="703">how management is practiced (descriptive)</strong> and <strong data-start="708" data-end="752">how it ought to be practiced (normative)</strong> in varied organizational contexts.</p> <p data-start="789" data-end="1267">GMBIJ encourages contributions that examine <strong data-start="833" data-end="857">management practices</strong> in diverse organizational forms, including for-profit and non-profit organizations, public and private sector institutions, and both formal and informal social networks. The journal is particularly interested in research that contributes to the understanding of core areas in management such as strategic management, organizational behavior, innovation management, leadership, operations, and human resources.</p> <p data-start="1269" data-end="1738">It welcomes a wide range of methodological approaches. Gajah Mada, Lumajang Regency, which has been running since 2021. Ayra hijab carries out digital marketing promotions using Email Marketing, Social Media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Tiktok, Fb) Display Ads. Ayra Hijab Hijab has implemented various strategies so that it is popular with customers, one of which is by using digital marketing so that its products can be easily reached by customers who use social media. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial influence of digital marketing, brand image, service quality on Ayra Hijab Lumajang customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative. The population is Ayra Hijab Lumajang customers. This research involved 60 customers as a population using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 21 program. This study is quantitative and uses multiple linear regression with SPSS software to examine the relationships between variables. The data used are secondary data obtained from company annual reports, with a total sample of 72 observations obtained through purposive sampling. The results show that CSR has a negative and significant effect on firm value, indicating that corporate social responsibility activities may not necessarily improve investor perceptions if not implemented strategically. Intellectual capital also has a negative effect on firm value, possibly due to the suboptimal utilization of intellectual assets to create a tangible competitive advantage. Conversely, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that appropriate funding proportions can send positive signals to the market and investors. This study took 44 companies which are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to be used as samples. Where the study uses secondary data. Normality testing using Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The analytical tools used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study explain that partially the size of the board of commissioners and the size of the board of directors have a significant effect on the financial performance of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. The data used are internal data obtained from the company's financial statements. The population in this study consisted of 70 companies, and the samples analyzed included 45 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected through a purposive sampling method during the period 2021-2023. The results of the analysis revealed that capital structure and revenue growth have a significant influence on the possibility of profit growth, while firm size does not show a significant impact. These findings indicate that capital structure and revenue growth are crucial elements that companies need to pay attention to in order to increase profit growth. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal design. Out of 52 companies, 46 were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was conducted through multiple linear regression analysis operates with SPSS version 26. The test results indicate that, partially, ROE and DER exhibit a significant and positive influence on stock prices, while CR shows no significant effect.
