Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the current ratio (CR), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal design. Out of 52 companies, 46 were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was conducted through multiple linear regression analysis operates with SPSS version 26. The test results indicate that, partially, ROE and DER exhibit a significant and positive influence on stock prices, while CR shows no significant effect. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were found to have significant impact on stock prices.
